KML LTD is active in the construction area since 1979. In the long course of its operation, the company has managed to highlight many projects such as residences, buildings, house renovations, shops etc. KML LTD carries out the construction and completion of projects from the initial stage of the architectural plans to the full project delivery.
Furthermore, on arrangement with its clients, KML LTD undertakes the management of privately owned land in order to cope better use, in cooperation with successful architectures and all required partners. In addition, the company is responsible for the organization and completion of these projects up to the delivery of such projects to its client or clients and for the service of its clients after the completion of these projects.
The company founder is Mr. Konstantinos Mina Lazarou who has long experience in construction projects. From January 1, 2007 the company was renamed into Construction Company Konstantinos Mina Lazarou Ltd, in order to expand its business. The company employs skilled and experienced permanent staff and is flanked by highly professional associates who have extensive experience and expertise.
